Mission & Vision

Connecting People to Life

The Mission

The mission of Crossroads Church is to connect people to life through the good news of Jesus Christ.

The Vision

We connect people to God, each other, the community, and the world so that together we may be rooted in Christ, strengthened in faith, and overflowing with gratitude.

Our Core Values

Our core values are not a claim that we have arrived, but a picture of who we desire to be as Christ continues to form us.

Unshakeable Truth

God's Word is our foundation and final authority. We build our lives, our family, and our church on the truth of Scripture. (Hebrews 4:12; 2 Timothy 3:15-17)

Unbroken Prayer

Prayer is how we practice the presence of God. We depend on Him first, seeking His guidance, power, and provision in every area of life and ministry. (Colossians 4:2) Click for PRAYER

Authentic Community

We were not created to follow Jesus alone. We pursue honest togetherness, meaningful connections, and shared life through biblical community. (Hebrews 10:24-25)

Multiplying Disciples

Jesus calls us to make disciples who make disciples. We intentionally invest in others so they can grow in Christ and help others do the same. (Matthew 28:18-20)

Strong Families

We partner with parents and families to help the next generation know, love, and follow Jesus. Healthy families build a healthy church. (2 Timothy 2:2)

Equipped Leaders

We believe the church should develop leaders, not spectators. Every believer is called and gifted for ministry, and we are committed to helping people discover and use those gifts. (Ephesians 4:11-16)

Spirit-Led Living

We depend on the Holy Spirit to guide us, convict us, and transform us. We seek to follow His leading with humility, wisdom, and faithfulness to Scripture. (Romans 8:14)

Generous Mission

God has sent us to our neighbors and the nations. Because Christ has been generous toward us, we joyfully give our time, talents, and resources to serve others, share the Gospel, and join God’s work in the world. (Matthew 28:18–20; 2 Corinthians 9:7)
